The first three bedrooms in the farmhouse are not numbered
but named after our children,
although now grown up.
Robert’s Room
Overlooks the magnificent view towards the historic town of Linlithgow and beyond. This twin bedded
room has modern hand painted fitted furniture and is enhanced by quality fabrics. The twin beds can be linked
together to make a luxurious 6ft King size bed. The fully tiled en-suite shower room is cunningly concealed
behind full length sliding mirrored doors.
Lorna’s Room
The compact north facing double overlooking the Firth of Forth has the same magnificent view as from the
dining room table. As in Robert’s room, this double room is complemented by luxurious hand painted furniture, which frames
the bed as a feature. The shower room is fully tiled with a slate floor and the cubicle fully finished in granite.
Jim’s Room
Facing south and decorated with a lilac theme, consisting of a crown with drapes at the back of the
double bed,
gathered with lilac voile tiebacks, the room has tastefully beech fitted furniture to complete the feeling
of comfort. The en-suite shower room is fully tiled with a slate floor. The walls of the glass fronted
shower cubicle are faced with the luxury of full-length
granite.
Bunty's Room
As in Robert's Room, the twin beds can be linked together to make a luxurious king size bed. The theme of this burgundy and gold room is complimented by mahogany furniture. Two windows, one to the north overlooking the River Forth and to the south, the lovely view of the historic town of Linlithgow and the hills beyond. A shower room of luxury consists of a theme of black, white and silver and a mirror with exquisite lights.
Rebecca's Room
A fabulous gold room with panoramic view facing the north overlooking the River Forth, occasionally with shipping going up and down, and facing the west with views exquisite as far away as 20 miles up river to Stirling. This ground floor family room has a double and single bed with space for an additional single. A private shower and toilet goes in conjunction with this room which has been tastefully tiled and has a fashionable illuminated mirror.
