Deposits
Reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of a £30.00 deposit or by arrangement.
Reservations
Payment in full is due on departure. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and JCB. American Express is not accepted. Please note that all credit card payments will carry a surcharge of 2%.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation within 5 days of arrival guests will be responsible for payment for the full reserved period. If it is possible to re-let the room at short notice we would then refund the cancellation fee, less expenses and deposit. Earlier than scheduled departures are handled as a cancellation and the same policies apply. If a cancellation is received 6 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will be non-refundable.

Only unusual times need be by arrangement, otherwise guests are welcome at any time.

Loss, Damage or Injury
No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors or any of the farm workers at Bomains Farm for any loss, damage or injury or property including cars accessories or contents whilst within the grounds of Bomains Farm whilst in any activity, or ny illness arising from any cause whatever.
